L’un des plus grands groupes de heavy metal, Judas Priest, s’apprête à sortir un gigantesque coffret en édition limitée qui comprendra tous les albums live et studio officiels à ce jour, ainsi que 13 disques inédits.

Il s’agit de l’édition la plus importante de musique inédite que le groupe ait réalisée à partir de ses vastes archives – un vrai régal pour les fans. Restauré et mixé par Tom Allom à La Cucina W8 et masterisé par Alex Wharton aux studios Abbey Road.

Cette édition spéciale sortira le 15 octobre 2021 via Sony Music.

Ce coffret spécial arrive au moment où le groupe a enfin l’occasion de célébrer son 50e anniversaire avec une tête d’affiche au festival Bloodstock au Royaume-Uni et le lancement d’une tournée aux États-Unis cet automne.

Le 50 Heavy Metal Years Tour est alimenté par l’album Firepower, qui a atteint la cinquième place du Billboard 200 et la cinquième place au Royaume-Uni.
